I appreciate the location close to the cruise ship ports. The resort has a tropical vibe, that I found enjoyable. The provided shuttle service made getting to the cruise ship a simple task.

I noticed that the workout room needed more attention because it lacked both cups and cleaning wipes.

wonderful pre-cruise stay

helpful staff excellent location fitness center

check-in was simple, I found the staff excellent (especially una at the front desk). the fitness center had good equipment.

the television did not work, and i never received assistance with the issue. the beds were also somewhat uncomfortable.

my room was nice with a very good bathroom. i found it clean and well-kept, though it could use some updating. it had a king bed and standard amenities.

the restaurant offered amazing food with great service. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, though it was $24 per person. the restaurant setting provided a good atmosphere for meals.
